CLEAN LUBE 3000 E
DESCRIPTION
CLEAN LUBE 3000 E is a moderate to heavyduty near dry machining fluid, designed to replace flood coolant. CLEAN LUBE 3000 E is formulated to be applied using minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) equipment. It may be used in all types of metalworking applications including the more severe operations such as sawing, broaching, and tapping. CLEAN LUBE 3000 E is non-staining and requires no cleaning before heat treating.

APPLICATION

Use CLEAN LUBE 3000 E in its neat form, in a spray mist unit adjusted to dispense eight (237mL) per eight (8) hour shift. CLEAN LUBE 3000 E can also be applied one drop at a time in drilling and tapping operations. CLEAN LUBE 3000 E’s uses are varied as the demands in your shop.
