DESCRIPTION

SOLTECH 703 is a high performance, soluble, metal removal fluid. Designed for versatility, SOLTECH 703 excels at machining and grinding 6000 series aluminum, HRSS, high chromium and nickel alloyed steel, Inconel, titanium, tool steel, yellow metals and ferrous metals. Its formulation is technology that maintains superior bio based stability. SOLTECH 703 is an ultra low foaming, low odor, high lubricity, hard water emulsion stable fluid. It has excellent clean-ability and tramp oil rejection. product uses a balanced combination of natural and synthetic esters and extreme pressure additives for enhanced lubricity.

APPLICATION

The typical dilution for SOLTECH 703 is 10.0%. Depending on the operation severity and workpiece composition, optimal concentration may vary. Always add coolant to water.

​Typical concentrations:

  • Grinding (4-6%)

  • Machining (8-10%)

  • Tapping & Broaching (10% to 15%).

TOXICITY & HANDLING

SOLTECH 703 is safe to handle in its delivered form. Exercise care consistent with good industrial practices.
