DESCRIPTION

SYNTECH 450 E is a synthetic fluid formulated for sawing, grinding, and machining of ferrous metals. It provides excellent performance and long central coolant life in individual sumps and systems. Specially designed for use with low hardness water even in high agitation situations with no foaming.

APPLICATIONS

  • In initial trials, dilutes 1 part SYNTECH 450 E with 15 to 20 parts water for machining. For grinding, start  with 1 part SYNTECH 450 E to 20 parts water.

  • Typical concentrations:

    • Sawing (5-10%)

    • Grinding (4-6%)

    • Finish Turning (4-6%)

    • Rough Turning (5-10%)

    • Drilling/Milling (5-10%)

    • Sawing (5-10%)

    • General Machining (4-6%) 

MATERIAL HANDLING

  • SYNTECH 450 E is safe to handle in its delivered form. Exercise care consistent with good industrial practices.
