DESCRIPTION
SEMITECH 500 E is an all-purpose, semi-synthetic fluid. Formulated for modern manufacturing, this high performance fluid machines various ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. SEMITECH 500 E’s advanced formula contains extreme pressure and polymeric additives, which exhibit outstanding machining performance, regardless of the operation severity. This fluid is designed to be low foaming, environmentally safe, operator friendly, non-flammable, and runs clean.

SEMITECH 500 E yields the boundary film benefits of soluble oil, yet maintains the cooling properties of a semi-synthetic. As feed rates increase, specially formulated high temperature and extreme pressure lubricants activate to provide outstanding machining performance.

APPLICATION

In initial trials, dilutes 1 part SEMITECH 500 E with 15 to 20 parts water for machining. For grinding, start with 1 part SEMITECH 500 E to 20 parts water.
